A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This opportunity is unlike any other career out there. You will assist with answering phones, schedule work crews, data entry, marketing, project coordination and sales in a very fast paced environment. This is an entry level position, with the opportunity to become full time.
Answering phones is just the beginning. You will work with BuilderTrend for project coordination. QuickBooks experience is a plus for assisting with A/P and A/R. For sales, you will use Construction Journal. Marketing will include Facebook and Weebly. Microsoft Office will include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Microsoft Office experience is required.
QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience

Hours would be approximately 9:00 am – 2:00 pm everyday
