Camille Rose is one the world’s leading beauty brands poised for international audience growth and category expansion. This is a forward thinking Black-owned beauty brand with major retailer distribution looking for category-defining creative that is harmonious across brand touch points for the consumer and retailers, to create a more recognizable brand mark, look and feel and to work closely with the founder and team to take creative action with consumer insights.
Creative and Visual Communications Manager will be a respected creative, marketing leader, with knowledge of the global beauty landscape across different sectors and demographics, to lead the organization’s creative vision, both product and brand.
The candidate must be consumer obsessed and have ideas of concepts and creative for brand and product campaigns, retail occasions and customer appreciation/engagement.
Suitable candidates for this role will bring a mix of visual communications, marketing expertise and business understanding to this creative leadership position, promoting our company to our distributors and our valued customers. We’re looking for an experienced creative manager, someone who can inspire others, and take our brand and product creative to a new level as we continue to grow.
Candidates must have 5-6+ years of creative experience, and knowledge and evidence of growing brands, particularly beauty.
About the Position: If you’ve worked at or on beauty brands, helped lead creative for an agency or retailer, have a strong portfolio and a keen sense of when to take initiative and aren’t afraid to contribute ideas and creative you deeply believe will resonate with our consumers, Rosettes, and that can drive curiosity among new customers, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities: 1. Establish and govern graphic brand standards.2. Direct visual direction of all product packaging and brand & product marketing communications efforts.3. Plan and lead development of all brand advertisements.4. Lead development of brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects & overseeing the development of creative content, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
5. Supervise all cross-functional creative work developed by creative suppliers including photographers, videographers, copywriters and graphic designers, as needed.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop the most relevant communications regarding brand and product for consumers.
7. Present concepts on behalf of creative team to internal colleagues, and distributors and partners, on ongoing basis, as needed.
8. Manage creative budget, and deliver campaign initiatives on budget.9. Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
10. Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape to develop unique and ownable positioning.
11. Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
12. Produce fresh, innovative work that translates marketing ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for the brand.
13. Manage multimedia production, design and assets across internal and external channels, including retailers, events, executive communication, press materials, digital properties, social channels and websites
Candidate Mandatories:

Beauty category experience preferred.
Must have a proven track record of brand-relevant, innovative & impactful creative.
5-6+ years professional experience in creative development.
Must be a leader, be organized, and have strong ability to communicate verbally and written.
Must have strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and willingness to work in a high energy, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, founder-involved environment.
Must be based in Atlanta, or willing to relocate to the Atlanta area.
College Degree, or equivalent with Arts School.
