About the Role:

Our diverse team based in Schaumburg, IL is looking to remotely add a proactive and motivated individual who will be responsible for the overall office management and clerical support for our Managed Service Provider (MSP). This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with scheduling/administrative experience. Ready to make a difference? Join our team!

What You’ll Do:

Provides maintenance of all sub-vendor records and is responsible for the completion and submission of all onboarding documentation for all registrants.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to all business practices.
Track account management activities through various reports
Maintain relationships with clients and external employees by providing excellent customer service.
Maintain sub-vendor agreements and contracted requirements. This includes (but is not limited to) managing sub-vendors, negotiating bid rates, job orders to increase fill rate, and credentialing of candidate submittals.

Ensures proper inventory levels of office supplies and equipment are maintained.
Ensures equipment is in good order and secures necessary repairs or replacement as directed.
Prepares various operational reports as directed by the Area Manager or Director.

Who You Are:

You may be a good fit for this role if…

You currently live in Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) of the United States (required: due to regional office hours, we are only considering remote applicants in these time zones)
You have a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
You have 1-2 years of scheduling/administrative experience (preferred)
You’re skilled in onboarding, auditing, and credentialing with high attention to detail
You have a go-getter attitude and are ready for a fast-paced work environment
