Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Sales Manager to join our vibrant, Touchtown product sales team and drive business growth within existing and prospective customer bases. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional interested in further developing and strengthening new technical, competitive and sales skills by selling innovative technology products to the ever-growing Senior Living industry. Touchtown product offerings enrich the lives of more than 500,000 seniors, staff, prospects, and families.

In this primarily web-based position, you will expand business with existing customer accounts by building relationships and introducing new product solutions. Occasionally, there will be an opportunity to visit customers face-to-face when the situation requires. This position is also accountable for developing and closing new business by phone for an assigned geographic territory in the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities

Identify, nurture and close sales opportunities within an existing customer base primarily from the “inside” using communications over the phone, email, web-based presentations, and other online platforms
Source new business opportunities through marketing lead follow-up in addition to independent prospecting to targeted lists
Provide weekly updates of opportunity statuses
Work with internal team members on strategies to help close business
Remain current on changes and trends in the Senior Living industry and technology space
Stay apprised of internal product changes and effectively communicate updates to customers

Experience & Skills

Ability and desire to develop relationships and close business over the phone
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
Effective time-management and organizational skills
Demonstrated high energy and a drive for results
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to be flexible with schedule to meet the demands of customers
Healthcare and/or Senior Living industry experience a plus

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of prior sales experience with demonstrated ability to execute prospecting strategies for establishing accounts
Up to 10% travel, and occasional overnight travel may be required.
