Director of Network Support

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will lead the Network Support Team to ensure timely response and technical

support to Fusus Customers. The goal of this position is to ensure the Network Support Team is the

technical lifeline to Fusus Customers on 24 hours a day and 365 days per year. This position requires an

understanding and experience leading an operation within a call center dealing with mission critical



Lead the Network Support Team and provide oversight to ensure effective and timely resolution of reported technical issues
Work with the Engineering team to automate health monitoring and alerting with appropriate escalation to internal stakeholders
Work with Engineering and Management Team to design technical strategies and methods to proactively monitor system reliability across the Fusus enterprise
Manage Network Support Tickets and the assignment to Network Engineers and Network Analysts appropriately
Work directly with key internal and external stakeholders for resolutions
Improve KPIs for ticket management and closure to ensure company goals are achieved
Provide weekly reports for key metrics from the Network Support Team to includeimplementations (number cameras deployed, cores deployed, floor plans uploaded), trouble calls/emails, Health Alerts, enhancement requests, critical issues, number of down cameras, and down cores
Develop KPI metrics for individual Network Engineer/Analyst contributions
Ensure the Network Support Team members professional development and training occurs
Be an expert on the Fusus solution, available apps, APIs, and roadmap
Understand common Video Management Systems and network architectures
Design, architect, and troubleshoot network requirements of customers
Lead consultative solution audits for prospects, including detailed network analysis, device discovery, and documentation
Solve complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives, industry standard network protocols, and video management systems


Proven experience as a leader providing technical support and oversight in enterprise organizations
Understanding of current Public Safety technology strategies and requirements  Proven leadership in mission critical call centers or emergency operations centers
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience  Strong, professional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Able to utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis to validate and drive process improvement
Strong leadership presence, advanced interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with teams and strategic partners to produce value and cultivate an atmosphere of trust and mutual benefit
