Summary Of Responsibilities United Digestive has an exciting opportunity for a leader who has a passion for bringing in the best talent and creating an exceptional candidate experience. This leader will champion our brand, mission and cultural values and develop compelling market positioning for United Digestive. The role brings the opportunity to build upon the talent acquisition strategy to include best-in-class candidate experience strategies, employment branding and talent acquisition programs to lead the business to success through hiring top talent. This leader will need to navigate a fast past, high-growth environment that requires adaptability to changing priorities and a sense of urgency to respond to business needs.Working closely with business leaders to assess their workforce needs based on current and projected business priorities, you will build recruitment strategies to deliver high quality candidates to the organization. You will drive the day-to-day service delivery through a small team of recruiters. Additionally, this leader will establish and reinforce talent acquisition processes and monitor key performance indicators to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness.Key Responsibilities and Desired Outcomes

Successfully lead our Recruitment efforts to meet the needs of the business; continuously evaluate and calibrate processes and for maximum efficiency and results.
Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to sourcing and assessing qualified talent.
Nurture strong relationships with senior business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners and other critical stakeholders across the organization; act as trusted adviser and subject matter expert on recruitment and talent acquisition.
Continuously improve talent acquisition processes and workflows that strengthen the company’s ability to quickly and effectively attract, assess, select, hire and onboard talent.
Own ongoing strategic development of recruiting processes: identifying competitive landscapes, providing insight on competitive benchmarking, defining candidate populations, tracking legal developments and emerging trends.
Collaborate with appropriate partners to build a compelling employee value proposition that positions the Company as an employer of choice, including optimizing the use of social media with an emphasis on passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of social recruiting tools.
Responsible for establishing a framework for workforce planning to leverage for a more consistent, structured, forward-looking approach to identify our talent needs.
In partnership with HR and business leadership, develop and lead corporate wide strategies related to distinct recruiting channels (i.e. veteran hiring etc.).
Identify, develop and communicate relevant talent acquisition metrics to ensure quality and efficiency of hiring as well as internal ROI. Ability to maximize quality while minimizing costs.
Champion diversity and inclusion in all talent acquisition activities: from steps in the hiring process, content of job descriptions, training for hiring managers and interview panels as well as the selection of qualified, diverse candidates.
Enhance upon an employee referral program to drive candidate pool development.
Build, lead and coach a team of talent acquisition professionals.
Bring innovation and creativity as a key leader in all areas that impact talent with a focus on attracting and developing top talent, improving the hiring and onboarding experiences and enhancing the employee value proposition.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience and/or education
Must have 10+ years total recruiting experience, 5+ years recruiting leadership experience, preferably with specific experience owning the recruitment function.
Demonstrated experience creating and streamlining scalable recruiting programs and using metrics to measure results
Experience with interpreting and complying with HR and Talent Acquisition policy and law

Preferred Education and Experience

Experience working in healthcare industry
A business mindset, and understanding of how your impact in talent directly translates to the greater success of the organization
Experience working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders in a strategic, professional manner
A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational effectiveness & efficiencies
Private equity experience
Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification
Master’s degree in Business Administration, or similar study preferred
