Job Description :
Duties and Responsibilities:

Export assignment instruction data from the weekly CAP CYCLE submitted by Human Resource Command (HRC) into an Excel Spreadsheet for the purpose of tracking Soldier assignments, deletions and deferments.
Disseminate assignment information to all units with instructions for CONUS (stateside) and OCONUS (overseas) weekly.
Coordinate with units to ensure all qualifying documents are submitted to meet the standards for orders processing.
Gather information via the Enlisted Distribution and Assignment System (EDAS) for each Soldier’s specific assignment instructions in order to process PCS orders and to ensure Soldiers meet qualifications for reassignment according to Army Regulations.
Access the Electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO) to acquire Soldier Record Brief Selection (SRB), adjust report dates as needed through Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), and verify Family members are authorized dependents.
Provide desk side individual streamline counseling as needed for Soldiers going on overseas assignments to explain their special instructions and requirements. Produce all forms needed for Command Sponsorship i.e. (DA Form-5121 (Tour of Election Statement, DA Form-4787 (Reassignment Processing), DA Form-5888 (Family Member Deployment Screening Sheet).
Ensure the online Levy Briefings for all Permanent Party Enlisted Soldiers have been completed.
Process orders in accordance with army regulation. Maintained accountability of assignment orders, for approximately 900+ Soldiers, and distribute orders to the

Physical Demands:

Stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time while delivering training.
Be able to maneuver in and out of strategic and tactical equipment, and capable of lifting and moving electronic equipment more than 40lbs.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support is expected for this position.
