ARDEX Americas (www.ArdexAmericas.com), is a Global industry leader in the manufacturing and development of high-performance specialty building materials.
We are hiring for an IT HELPDESK ANALYST to provide efficient frontline support for all Ardex North America (ANA) end user IT requests.
This position will be based out of our Corporate campus, located 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International airport.
Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact with internal customers who need technical assistance
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues using all available resources
Communicate service request status and resolution in a timely manner to insure end-user satisfaction. Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Maintain Asset details and information.
Setup / Configure PCs and other hardware.
Access PCs to resolve issues and prioritize routine work assignments.
Manage user setup and training of VOIP phone system.
Communicate technical issues and solutions with affected teams.
Determine and capture incidents to communicate issues properly.
Stay up to date on relevant technologies and trends
All other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required Experience:

1 (one) to 5 (five) years’ relevant work experience within an IT support function
Working with a ticketing system is essential. Experience with Freshdesk is a plus.
Experience with Desktop OS and Applications including Office 365 and iOS is essential
Comfortable supporting remote users via Teams or LogMeIn Rescue
Working knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and CRM is preferred
Pro-active and inquisitive mindset
Solution driven approach to problem solving; ability to troubleshoot, correct, and communicate solutions to problems quickly.
Good organizational skills. Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple end user requests based on the severity or importance of the item.
Strong team player, willing to go above and beyond to keep maintain system uptime.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good listening skills
Must possess sound business, judgment, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and team building skills required.
Effectively able to manage change.
German language skills a plus
Must be able to travel up to 5% including occasional overnight

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or relevant work experience.
