Throughout the years, the company has built robust quality systems, multiple GMP certifications, and in-house FDA/EPA microbiology, quality control, chemistry, and R&D labs. In 2019, Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, acquired a controlling interest in U.S. Nonwovens. Later that same year, U.S. Nonwovens acquired Soluble Packaging Solutions, which is North America’s largest independent manufacturer of unit dose packaging for dish, laundry, and other categories.
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for all customer service activities of the organization. This includes providing coaching and guidance in the support of customer.
Responsibilities for this role will be to:

Manage a team of 5 customer service representatives.
Establish goals and metrics for the function and measures team’s performance.
Track customers complaints and/or inquiries and recommend changes to products/services to improve customer satisfaction.
Manage a 360-customer experience consisting of order placement, fulfillment, shipping, direct contact with buyer and re-buyer, replenishment and service levels.
Work directly with companies outside sales team to service customers and grow sales.
Establish and manage department KPIs.
Oper in an entrepreneurial environment.
Lead and direct the work of the team and has full authority for personnel decisions.
Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have input on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural changes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
Ability to lead and supervise teams and work well under tight deadlines.
Must have a calm demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to bring creative ideas to the table to improve customer service standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of Customer Service concepts and principles.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to influence others, have strong interpersonal skills and provide great customer service.
