How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Marketing Intelligence Analyst is responsible for researching and studying market conditions, technology trends and other key indicators along with company data to derive actionable insights and recommendations for key stakeholders and management to support strategic decision making across marketing channels and business units.
In particular, you will:
Data Collection and Analysis Process

This role will consolidate various data streams to provide concrete analysis and insights on trends and behaviors including risks and opportunities. (headwinds and tailwinds)
Partner with Business Leaders, Group Competitive Intelligence Team, FP&A and IM-WBL to acquire and maintain data and other resources to define new offers
Identifying key trends within large data sets presenting actionable findings and recommendations for development of tactical and strategic plans.
Benchmarking, forecasting, and using data to evaluate marketing performance and success across multiple channels
Collect and analyze data regarding customer and audience segmentation, preferences, personas, buying habits and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand.
Identify tools and technology that can be leveraged to enhance the quality of database and market intelligence processes currently in place.
Conduct and Monitor Market Intelligence

Establish a standardized process to collect and share marketing intelligence across the enterprise
Gather competitive information and conduct analysis to build market and opportunity studies
Perform detailed centralized intelligence and curate newsletters to keep management informed on market dynamics and trends.
Develop and Maintain Standardized Reporting

Tracking and measuring analytics and established success metrics for the marketing team and build reports that provide data and insights into the decision making for marketing efforts
Develop reports to inform strategic approaches to securing the optimal levels of infrastructure and creative services required to produce the best content possible.
Conceptualizing and building marketing dashboards and reporting to inform decision making
Share findings and recommendations through reporting and presentations with management and business stakeholders
– Collaborate with other members of marketing to develop appropriate sales strategies.Are you a MATCH? – Bachelor’s degree in a Business discipline, with a focus in analytics, marketing or statistics – 4 to 6 years of verifiable work experience, in analytical growth environment and market analysis – Experience identifying opportunities through analyses and available primary and secondary research to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns and plans. – Demonstrated track record benchmarking, forecasting, and using data to evaluate marketing performance and success across multiple channels – Experience building queries and reports using Excel based analysis, SAP/BW and BI or other analytical packages (Google Sheets) – Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects, creating ad hoc analyses, presenting findings and recommendations to management teams – Project management experience related to analytics, strategy and plan development. – Experience working in G Suite and Excel. – Analytical thinker who can collect and analyze data to make appropriate process/business recommendations. – Effective communicator; ability to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals. – Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines – Demonstrated track record as a top performer throughout his or her career. Effective in a dynamic environment, comfortable with environments lacking full definition, willing to take risks. – Strong business skills with the ability to understand the impact and opportunities to align across business units and channels. – Excellent organization and time-management skills. – Results-oriented, strong sense of urgency, proactive and flexible. – Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines – Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
