The Sales & Client Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and projects from initiation to completion to attract new customers, retain existing customers and support the sales team through communication and training.

Responsibilities
Sales Enablement

Support initiatives including:

Development and organization of go-to-market collateral
Coordination of sales onboarding and continuous improvement training
Communication of new and planned marketing activities through various channels including company intranet (Homebase)

Develop and maintain a calendar of sales enablement initiatives.
Develop marketing collateral that incorporates projekt202’s value proposition, features, benefits, and calls to action with a keen sense of the voice of the customer.

Client Engagement

In collaboration with the Director of Marketing Ops, develop compelling client engagement ideas (both physical & virtual) to demonstrate and deliver on projekt202’s strategic priorities and brand propositions.

Develop and maintain a calendar of client engagement initiatives.

Execute on the established client engagement strategy while partnering closely with cross functional teams, primarily content marketing, social and demand generation. Key accomplishments will include:

Execute against an established amplification strategy (social, thought leadership content, internal enablement, media etc)
Research, vet and drive application efforts for desirable external speaking engagements at industry events
Research, vet and drive application efforts for customer led speaking engagements which highlight projekt202

Maintain a calendar of industry events and speaking engagements.
Support initiatives to create a streamlined, branded, and informed onboarding experience for new clients in support of client adoption
Maintain client marketing communications, including newsletters, event communications, and feedback surveys.
Oversee Referral Management initiatives

Cultivate positive client reviews and testimonials through various online and offline channels. Ex. – Clutch, internal systems, etc.
Secure client permissions for use in go-to-market collateral.
Organize and manage the collected information for use by the Marketing team.

Other

Support marketing team communication to the organization by managing Homebase content.
Deliver regular reporting to key stakeholders on milestones, progress, and impact to expanded sales efforts.
Additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization
Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget and align tactical plans with strategies
Understanding of marketing best practices and automation, buyer personas and buyer journeys
Strong organization and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong Knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote or other presentation software
Should be a “Jack-of-all-trades” with a no task is too big or too small attitude
Commitment to being brilliant, hardworking, and kind
