TASK FORCE- HOTEL FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
SSP’s looking for Task Force Hotel Front Office Managers willing to travel more than 75%, work in fast-paced environments, easily adaptable, approachable, fast learners and are results driven!
Must Have Experience in Hotels as a Front Office Manager
Ideal Candidate:
An SSP Contractor is a hospitality professional that acts with integrity, sets a positive example of professional excellence, takes initiative, and manages time wisely with a goal of achieving a result that makes a beneficial impact at the property.
Ideal candidate can travel for extended periods of time as assignments can last an average of 6-8 weeks.
Responsibilities Include:

Directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties, including required departmental meetings.
Understanding and anticipating each guest’s wants and needs to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints effectively.
Direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.
Aggressively pursue the hotel’s revenue goals and effectively utilize yield management and revenue maximization tools. Constantly seek new ways to increase room revenue and occupancy.
Motivate, coach and train Front Office departmental team members, set goals and hold team members accountable. Provide feedback, rewards, and recognition.
Be proficient on the use of the property management system, and train front desk personnel on the system.
Performing any other job-related duties as assigned

Front Office Manager Requirements:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of RECENT successful Hotel experience in this role is a MUST, with major brand and/or management company experience.
Must possess a maturity and professional disposition to operate in our clients’ dynamic environments
Ability to communicate effectively with other hotel departments
Adapts quickly to change, willingness to face unique and challenging projects, strategic thinker and problem solver, fast learner, flexible to extensive travel demands, and a people person (ability to work well with diverse groups of people)
Can travel for extended periods of time as assignments last an average of 6-8 weeks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $1,600.00 – $1,900.00 per week
Schedule:

10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
